Doctor => Explanation => Information => Medication => Sedation

If your unlucky the list will continue kinda like this

Starvation => Reanimation => Speculation => Investigation => Consideration => Evacuation
Yeah i´m having fun with words ending with "ation"

No, sleeping pills are addictive and they don't solve the problem. In fact, they make it worse. I need to learn relaxing technique or something. I like to battle the problem at its core and merely cover it up with liver-killing meds!

I'm the opposite, I worry about getting too much sleep.

I can't sleep when I'm not tired, I have to feel like I want to sleep, and not go to sleep just because it's time.

If I try to sleep when I'm not tired, I'd lie there with my mind going at 100mph thinking about random stuff, which means I'll never fall asleep. I will also dream a lot, which IMO is wasted sleep.

If I go to bed when I'm tired, I'd fall asleep within 20-30 mins and get solid sleep until my alarm goes.

while sleeping pills ARE addictive, the doctor put me on Ambien, best thing she ever did, no morning hangover and I feel great every day..
Ambien = Zopiclon/Zolpidem ?

I´ve been taking Z´s for a while now, sadly the potency decreases horribly after a while.

Im thinking that this is a better option: Doctor => Explanation => Information => Medication => Sell medication => Make crazy money => Use excess money to retire => Sleep whenever suits your fancy as you won't have work.
