I think I have a real odd virus...searchc engines don't work!
 

oagkcuie.dll in startup and search engines such as Google and Yahoo are not working after many restarts. I ran anti-virus (but 5 month outdated...) and it found nothing...

sounds like a browser hijack or ip redirection, your more likely to clean it up with an anti spyware program.
