If it is the recent incident I heard of then the marine kissed a 14 year old girl. It's wrong but any where but Japan it wouldn't be rape but since the Japanese are batshit insane it is considered rape.

If rape, true rape can be proven through DNA I have no trouble turning the man over to the Japanese for justice. If this were policy worldwide there would be less rape by troops...of any nation.
