aLZ9zKsO Join Date Oct 2005 Posts 476 Senior Member	What is the best way to record your screen. What I need to do is make a tutorial for software and then have it as FLV. Preferably I would want something that records in high quality avi so I then can edit it and encode it into FLV. I don't know if fraps is a good program for that but it seems like it could work.
