Default Comcast Digital Cable Question..
I just got Comcast Digital Cable and Comcast gave me one digital cable receiver... now the problem is that I want to buy another digital cable receiver for my downstairs. Will I just have to pay for the receiver or will I have to pay extra a month for another receiver? I tried looking on their website but I couldn't find anything. Thanks!

You'll have to pay monthly for the extra box

Here's something interesting about comcast's "digital" cable service... its not digital! They use the digital box as a transceiver of data as to what the customer wants to watch on those on-demand channels, and (nearly) everything else is analog. Rather retarded to say the least.

edit- I have to state, that this is for our area... I do not know if they do that for you, but you must ask and ask around to make sure they don't cheat you like they do to lots of people here who don't know. Hope that is helpful.
