I'll get to the point.

There's a girl at my work (i work in a school) who i like. I'm terrible in conversation with people i don't know well, esp girls i like. Well anyway....the only chance i get to talk to her is in the morning for 10 mins, at break for 10-20 mins and after i finished (her lunch) for 20 mins....

The rest of time we are both doing our job....i'm the IT Tech and she's a temp assistant in reception class. I thought i had till the end of the month to "try" but that's been reduced dramatically to ......next friday.

She leaves next friday....so i have a week to find out if she has a b/f and get her number or something

I've pushed myself to talk to her when i get chance, she seems to be sitting closer to me in the staffroom at breaks now and this morning she came up to me and talked instead of me trying to spark conversation with her. When we talk we both smile and laugh etc but i'm useless at reading signs and what not.

Ok...so i'm a shy person and i miss alot of oppertunities to talk with her and it pisses me off. But i just never know what to say.....
I have a low ego with girls as it is...

What can i say to find out if she's single without just saying "are you seeing anyone?"
I don't wanna let this one slip through me being to f***ing pussy to do something about it....
Sparking convo is more then i've done before lol....this time i really want to do this!

Any advice?
