Default Would you live in this Tiny 77 square foot apartment for $335K?
Who in their right mind would buy something like this for $335,000? It maybe located in one of the richest neighborhoods in the world but if you buy something like that just to live in that area do you actually think you will receive any respect? No... you will be laughed at and called "the poor guy who lives in the closet."

But why else would anybody actually buy it? Nobody can possibly live comfortably in there.

Im sure they will sell it, but damn thats just crazy.[no]

Hell I have a 1300 sq ft house with a two car garage and half an acre of land for $700 a month.

This maybe in the boonies in SC and thats somewhere in London but I mean come on. I have a Bestbuy, circuit city and a burger king 15 minutes away. What more do you need?

My lil house is 1400sq ft on half an acre with a matching storage shed for $591/mo... was 491/mo up until February, and I still haven't had time to figure out why my payment changed. [surrender]
Your taxes or insurance probably went up, so your escrow (if you have it) had to be adjusted.

From the phrasing of the title, I thought the question was more along the lines of "Would you live in this tiny, 77 square foot apartment if you were being paid $335,000 a year?" In that case, my answer would have been an enthusiastic yes!

Otherwise, you'd have to be out of your freakin' mind.
