Bah no big deal imo it does not affect the goods they sell. I have had nothing but good luck with them, super fast delivery and when I did RMA a board it was sorted inside a week. Cannot fault them in that respect. You have to consider there are a lot of lying bastards on here who RMA everything they break themselves, then bad mouth the company when their RMA is refused. Now of course there are always the odd cases where customer service has gone wrong but then people will post about that, you rarely hear people post about good service.

IF the email was real, then using those terms is acceptable in this SINGLE case. They deserve the insult, it is not as if it is directed at every coloured person but a singular entity trying to scam a business. People need thicker skin and to get over political correctness. Now of course calling someone that name for no reason other than colour as a way of addressing them is not acceptable. Of course if the email turns out fake ( which we have no way of proving ) then it is bang out of order. Personally I feel it is just one of many they receive and he tried to put a humerous slant on it that the PC group decided to jump on.
