Late communications with O2 - DiscussWorldIssues - Socio-Economic Religion and Political Uncensored Debate

Past few months I have been having lots of issues with receiving and delivering messages through O2, the messages will deliver immediately however the other person won't have it until a great few hours later, same with me receiving messages. Someone else had these issues on o2 or some other british provider?
