The U. S is so FxxK-Up

This is the kind of shit that needs to be addressed. It's totally bullshit and why we need a total fucking change of Congress and President.

Aaron Sandusky Sentenced: Marijuana Dispensary Operator Gets 10 Years In Federal Prison

chinadragonexports 01-11-2013 08:41 PM

10 years!!! Jeez...federal...he's gotta do 8 on that 10 unless he does the RDAP program then he can get a year taken off that. Still, that's rediculous.

Our government's been broken for many many years. It needs to be flushed and rebuilt from scratch. It's a freaking disgrace that such a great country has such a corrupt and deceitful government. :(

ripped45 01-11-2013 08:54 PM

I cant stand the shit heads we have running this country. Too bad there isnt a better place to go in the world. It would be nice if a victimless crime wasnt actually a crime

Bertucci 01-11-2013 09:02 PM

The public gets upset when a marijuana user/dealer gets arrested but I don't hear much in the way of sympathy towards steroid dealers. Both are victimless crimes, but somehow weed is the O.K. one. Last time I checked steroids never caused anyone to lose their drive to accomplish like weed does.

wow

Bloodshed 01-11-2013 09:09 PM

That's bullshit. But I don't think his last name helped him much either.

This is your opinion, there are millions of highly productive people who like to smoke a little weed. Marijuana will not make a smart person stupid, nor will it make a functional person dysfunctional. There are millions of people who smoke marijauna who are more intelligent than you, and who achieve far more than you do on a daily basis.

When Alcohol kills tens of thousands of people in the US each year, and ruins hundreds of thousands of lives, it is extremely hypocrytical for marijuana to be against the law, especially when states have voted to legalize it's usage.

Police love drinkers, without drinkers the cops would be out of business. Drinking alcohol opens people up to being fucked with by the police, courts, jails, prisons.

If any substance is going to be illegal it should first be Alcohol, pot would be the very last one that should ever be illegal, since it's usage has never killed anyone.

Did anyone really expect anything else from the president? What promises has he actually kept? Sounds like a case of "I'll say whatever it takes to get re-elected. Now that I'm elected, screw you! I'm going to play some more golf in Hawaii." Lol

I get what you're saying, and I totally agree, alcohol is MUCH more destructive than most other substances. My only disagreement is with pot never having killed anyone. Sure, maybe you cant OD with THC, but hospitals often have people come in freaking out thinking they are going to die because they had a bad trip, sometimes they even have to send out ambulances to deal with these people. This takes away resources that could be used if say, an old woman got hit by a car in a crosswalk. They cant just dump the person who decided to smoke weed in exchange for the woman. And yes, alcohol causes problems like this too, but to say pot is victimless is very misleading. Of course as with anything it is only a problem when used in excess, but it is still a problem. Is 10 years excessive for the guy? Probably, but in my opinion it's a good thing he was arrested. Although I do have a bias towards hating pot because of what I have seen it do to peoples lives and families, so my two cents is more like a penny.

And as far as millions of people being more intelligent than me, you don't know me so don't play that shit with me
