It wasn't got by me. (And perhaps the AMT wasn't got by me, I'm no duty lawyer.) Isn't the AMT just a "You must have to pay for at the very least that much in taxes, despite deductions?" Could it be simply not doing that work well? Who cares what buck degree it kicks in at? What about the AMT-369: ten percent significantly less than your tax bracket. (IE, a fifteen minutes tax bracket person pays five minutes tax; to min min 25% tax is paid by a 35% tax bracket person That's easy, sensible, etc... No breaks, time, to that particular duty. Specific funds could be excused (income that doesn't actually fit in with you, for instance) but on a unusual and specific case by case basis. It's taxed, if it's real money.
