Wish to put up a weblog for cheap...
 

I've a buddy leaving for India in per month. He's likely to be there for some time and I do want to put up a weblog for him. I've some expertise employing Wordpress on my webspace but the expense of hosting is $5/month paying for 12 weeks and then I spend $8 annually for the site. Will there be anywhere I will put up a free of charge website hosting account, deploy wp, and purchase a site? Or can there be any tremendous inexpensive hosting answer for sites that's not blogspot? I'm searching for some thing a bit more personalized.
