got 5 cups of my home made habernos dryied them till they'd no water at all then mixed them till the 5 cups was down seriously to less then 1 cup then added one cup a and salt.once they struck the vinegar they started initially to bathe in the vinegar now its an excellent heavy hot sauce might include sugar later but its crazy hot currently
