I purchased a Dinovo Mini straight from the Logitech NL web site, because it was sold-out in most my local shops last Friday. Settled the 7 pound additional for the following day specific delivery. Likely to obtain it at home nowadays, so I used my home in the place of might work address (I'm performing tomorrow to Thursday). An email is got by me from Logitech which makes it clear that shipping was actually likely to be tomorrow, perhaps not today this day. Not a problem I believe, I'll only contact UPS and have the shipping address transformed for tomorrow to might work address. I am told by ups that isn't acquired by them yet, and I ought to call Logitech. I contact Logitech to be informed by them that the product has been acquired. Hmm, some one isn't telling me the reality here. Logitech where not able to change the shipping address for me personally, despite acknowledging later in the phone call that the product was certainly still together. Named straight back UPS to to be told that there surely is nothing they can do - and they should still fail the provide after, before the delivery address can be changed by me, even when I call very first thing tomorrow morning. So now before I could call the delivery address to be changed by UPS ( hopefully ) to might work address for delivery on Wednesday I've to hold back until tomorrow morning. Incredible how this kind of seemingly simple demand ended up to be, well, impossible..... Today that entire forwards and backwards malarkey price an hour or so of my time.
