Default Theory of Democracy 101
I've covered this before however it is a year or more. A politician gets chosen. He takes office. Before doing this he's necessary to verbally affirm a promise. He's to supply a relationship. His election is certified (he may be the "winner"). Around the back of the selection certification he places his pledge and signs it before some state or national official appointed to simply take these oaths. Now the interesting part. Who's the oath led to? When contemplating this what about we first consider who the pledge isn't led to? This team could be called "the voter." That's to say, anybody who cast a in the election, whether for o-r from this company owner, can't use his pledge to drive him to follow it. It is because these folks (for o-r against) decided to accompany the will of the bulk and be represented by the election success. Still another party that has no state within the oath of office are visitors, non-domestic, inexperienced card holders, visitors and so on. That appears to be obvious. Anybody who's perhaps not within the body politic could make no claim about the incumbent. Including international organizations including federations, Un o-r sovereign nations who've no agreements. What exactly does that leave? Well, what about people in the torso politic who've not authorized and haven't chosen? They'd no state whatsoever in the selection and certainly didn't accept accompany the will of most. By their silence they did accept the selection and by their silence they decided to the outcome until some trespass happens that's protected by work holders pledge. Also, what about foreign countries who've agreements they be prepared to be mutually upheld? They do not care who's in company (o-r shouldn't care anyway). All they worry about is that the other side respects the agreement for the page. The promise is about agreeing to complete what the constitution (and treaties included in that constitution) state is needed and what's forbidden. Perhaps so when there is a violation of a treaty a foreign nation is probably not to get the matter up having an personal office holder by referring to his pledge so much as referring to his responsibility recognized by the treaty. The problem becomes topic for a global court or even a declaration of war whenever a break occurs. The purpose? When you vote you allocate your power to the main one chosen and you may as well fall asleep for the following 4 years. You've no more say in how matters and national issues are conducted. Challenge this statement? Design a test to check these ideas and observe how effective you're. If you vote you're domestic home. You vote the chief you need to take charge of the vessel and it's going where he shows it to move. Wish to mutiny? I will visit a captain's mast in your future. Walking the plank o-r dangling in the lawn is reserved to find the best mutineers. However you offered therefore have nobody else at fault if you end up in this place. Benefit from the next election. I know I'll.
