When you obtain a defective item from amazon british, who do you return the item to?
I've purchased a reasonable deal of material and have never got a defective product but the other day I bought a SD360E and it operates but the red component is output only by the RGB SCART. Following a little screening (using other SCART wires and other RGB SCART products) I'm sure that the player's SCART outlet is flaky. My problem, as the name states, do I contact amazon o-r toshiba( have not listed the solution because of the problem)? Has anybody done this before, if amazon? Such a thing I ought to know (like costs)? I simply would like to get this changed before X'mas.
