Msiexec.exe may be the Windows Installer Service. It's usually started whenever you use a new plan, and could often be left working after ward. It might begin automtically on reboot in some instances where the installation procedure has suggested that the reboot was needed, o-r the installation did not complete successfully. if it's operating already That which you might try is discussing Task Manager and see. If that's the case, finish it and retry. At the very least it's some thing to test until your question is seen by a true geek.
