Default What to do when you have an adsense account but not a website?
I can set a website, a blog, a page and put adsense on it, but it's completely irrelevant. There's no traffic and nowadays building decent traffic is extremely difficult.
You can start a website, promote it in social websites, create youtube videos, you can do whatever you want, but at the end of the day your adsense will show 0 clicks out of a dozen of impressions.
At this point having or not having a website is the same...

This can be due to non-targeted traffic, low quality content or bad ads placement
You need to find out the rootcause and correct it before you can get clicks

So how come when I start a new site I get traffic on my content pages? It's easy to blame everything else, what about starting to take responsability, you'll see it's empowering because then you start to take control.. Whatever..

You go to the marketplace here on DP, get a self update website content driven by a community etc forum etc. Then you only need to worry about the server and optimizing the advert placement only.

No you should start a blog, and in that way you can earn without putting efforts in building a whole website.

You mentioned that 0 clicks from dozens of impressions. This is normal. Let's say CTR is 2%, then you need 50 impressions to get 1 click.
