Default Exercise should be easier than you think to do
Regular exercise is a challenge for some people. But after all the body needs exercise.

The type of exercise chosen must also be challenging enough so that the body can adapt to become stronger, faster, and fitter.

Doing challenging exercises can be difficult. But luckily, there are ways that make the exercise easier.

According to existing guidelines, exercise should be up to 150 minutes per week of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes per week of vigorous aerobic activity.

To achieve these recommendations, some people usually spend 45-60 minutes per day exercising.

However, not a few also feel that the time is too long, for various reasons. It makes them prefer not to exercise.

But actually, instead of focusing on scheduling a full hour of exercise time, try shorter workouts.

Take the time to do short exercises several times, about 10-15 minutes, between activities.

For example before starting work, during lunch breaks, after work, and after dinner.

"Exercise doesn't have to be continuous for an entire hour. Shorter workouts are still beneficial," exercise physiologist Tom Holland told Health.

Listening to upbeat, fast-paced songs can help make exercise lighter.

Choose a song with a tempo of 170-190 beats per minute to reduce the focus on the intensity of the exercise.

In addition, music can help prevent fatigue.

According to a 2020 study published in the journal Frontiers in Psychology, listening to fast-paced songs can increase the overall benefits of exercise.

Meanwhile, Hillary Cauthen, said, music is a distraction because it elicits an emotional response.

Choose a song with motivational lyrics that can inspire. Linking a good memory with a song can make a person excited.

Exercising with other people can make a person able to do exercises up to 200 percent harder and longer.

This is revealed by a study conducted at Kansas State University.

In addition, based on research at Oxford University, exercising with other people makes a person have a pain tolerance level doubled.

In fact, these benefits can be obtained even though the exercise is not done face-to-face or only virtually.
