Default Car Accident Info
Hi all. I had an accident to which my insurers have said is my fault. I have no issue with that as I understand why but I'm really struggling to understand what happened, in particular the direction the other driver came from as I didn't see him until it was too late. I'm feeling lots of guilt & can't stop thinking about it.

Can I get to hear the other driver's side of things? How is this best done? Will the insurers tell me if I ask? (We have the same insurance company). I imagine asking the other driver is a big no-no. The other option is witnesses but I don't have any (could find out if I ask around but I'm being cautious so it doesn't look like I'm trying to dispute things)

Please be gentle with me. I've never had an accident before & feeling very upset about it all

If you feel guilty in front of another driver, then try to find him and get in touch to talk and apologize for what you feel. You can also watch the recordings from the video cameras where your car accident occurred. I hope that everything is fine with you and the other driver and you are both alive, as well as all the passengers who were present in your cars. I am very afraid of getting into an accident and very rarely exceed the speed limit, usually I drive at an acceptable speed or at a speed that is much less than the permissible speed, so that no accidents happen. I also have insurance for my car and for my life, but I'm still worried about it. Good health to all!
