The woman is to blame by staying with you for so long and never mentioned it to you that she needs/wants more than what she is getting so both could work something out, and she should have left you if you couldn't satisfy her needs.

And second point is, she is the one that just ended a 4 year relationship by cheating on you with her boss behind your back to get her sexual needs...

Well in my books, if the friend was ok with it, your ok with it. Whats the big deal? It was ok for her to do that with her work partner, it was ok for him to receive it. No problems here for me.
