Dallas is way more civilized than Wales is.

How do you know? Have you even been to Wales?

At least I've been to Texas, not Dallas, but San Antonio is considered one of the more civilised parts - certainly seemed light years ahead of Houston and El Paso - that's for sure!

Oh yeah, and I've been past Rochester too. That area's no great shakes either - hence why I never actually visited Rochester...
