I'm back. I didn't vomit again but holy ****. Let's just say, my body expelled what it could through another means... for about an hour straight.

I feel alright. What's the deal? Is it all over or am I going to be sick for the next few days? I feel fine right now not even nauseous.

How long does this stuff usually last?

Normally you'll be fine 12-24 hours later though sometimes it can last longer if you have a weak immune system and get a secondary infection. Drink lots of water (or some other liquid with no sugar or calories in it) and try to rest. The no sugar thing is key as if there are any of the bad bacteria left then they can feed on the sugar to grow and reproduce. I'd try to fast for a day as well though a multivitamin can't hurt as long as it doesn't contain sugar.

I'm hungry as hell though. Those mussels were the only thing I had eaten since Saturday and I barfed them up.

maybe you should eat something healthy, like a Twinkie and a soda?
