Well as we know ObamaTAX came from the Senate.
Originally they stated it wasn't a tax, but it was labelled LEGAL by SCOTUS because it is a tax. 1. Tax bills must originate in the HOUSE, CONGRESS, not the senate as ObamaTAX did. 2. The role of the SCOTUS is not to revise, re-draft or edit, just say legal or not legal under the Constitution. 3. The discrimination against some religous or even non-religous persons in favor of the religions Obama does apparently approve of, is illegal under the Constitution. IF THE CONSTITUTION IS IRRELEVANT, then what is the rule of law? Make it up as you go along? Is there none? Are we already a police state only fooled into thinking we are free? |

There's your problem GoD, you are trying to understand. Think like a criminal then you might understand. The court was a dog and pony show.
Read this. ![]() Guest Post: The Supreme Court And Natural Law Submitted by Tyler Durden on 06/29/2012 - 19:12 Guest Post Ludwig von Mises Mises Institute Obamacare Purchasing Power Totalitarianism ![]() I won a bet today. A few weeks ago I wagered with a coworker that the United States Supreme Court would uphold the Affordable Care Act otherwise known as Obamacare. He reasoned that the federal government has no authority under the Constitution to force an individual to purchase a product from a private company. My reasoning was much simpler. Because the Supreme Court is a functioning arm of the state, it will do nothing to stunt Leviathan’s growth. The fact that the Court declared no federal law unconstitutional from 1937 to 1995—from the tail end of the New Deal through Lyndon Johnson’s Great Society—should have been proof enough. He naively believed in the impartialness of politically-appointed judges. For the first time he saw that those nine individuals are nothing more than politicians with an allegiance to state supremacy. It was a tough but valuable lesson to learn. rest at link. |

RIGHT, but again this is a conversation I'm having with a friend.
[8:04:26 PM] Mishko Novosel: I kinda have a feeling that SCOTUS actually did us a favor [8:04:28 PM] Mishko Novosel: In the sense that they said as a tax it's constitutional, now it's up to the congress to say, HEY we didn't vote for a tax [8:05:00 PM] Mishko Novosel: They kicked the can down the road, but they also saved commerce law [8:05:19 PM] Mishko Novosel: If people in charge in the GOP had a brain they'd recognize that [8:05:57 PM] Mishko Novosel: Because the Obongo lawyers argued that it was a tax to SCOTUS [8:06:06 PM] Mishko Novosel: not how the nigger and the jews represented it |

Government is a gang of thieves writ large, what fool thinks it arbitrates against itself in accordance with its own law, or anything for that matter?
One could go to Al Capone and lay out the most articulate defence, citing Mafia law, Omertà, precedent of what other dons did...it does not matter. His guys would still come around Tuesday for their money and woe unto thee if it is not forthcoming. |
