I think ceramic it would be a little bit of a stretch for that price, looks like matt sprayed steel to me.

Nah, you can get loads of ceramic watches for that price now. Kenneth Cole, Fossil, DKNY, Armani and others all do them.

But yeh, it does look like steel at a second glance.

I am a watch freak, and that is a stunning looking watch. I want one !!! I recently brought 2 x Superdry watches and 1 of them is all black, similar, but that 1 you got there beats it hands down !!!

I like this one, but I don't think it's worth buying as RW watches don't generally hold their value too well.
