Online fitness trackers ???
What do you guys and gals use for tracking fitness results online, preferably for free ?
I would be willing to spend some money on an online fitness tracker of some kind that displays a graph bar of my physical strength levels if it is worth the money. Let's try with the free ones first and go from there. What ones do you use ? |

If you log onto the Portal and go to the Fitness links it has a graph on there that shows your status and results from previous tests.

Some of the bases I have been at were subscribed to this service. Check your base fitness center and see if they subscribe I thought it was pretty decent for trackingprogress. |
Thank you guys for these. They will help. Do you have any more that you use ?

I found a nice little free tracker that works inside of Facebook and lets you pick your friends and update your fitness activity with them. If you are on facebook it's pretty cool.

There are a few I have used in the past, my current favorite is called www.fatsecret.com, one of the most convient aspect of this website is there are very useful apps downloadable for the android or iphone operating systems. This application and website are very convient because they allow you to scan barcodes with the camera on your phone, it has a huge food catalog including most major resturaunt chains and brand name food products. This app also allows you to input your excersize and does a fairly good job of tracking total calories and calorie burn.
There is a similar tracker with on the site livestrong.com with similar android and iphone apps, I however was not as fond of it and you had to pay for the app where as fatsecret.com is free. I have used the fitday.com website mentioned above, it is a very useful site as well, but I prefer being able to just pull out my phone to log my food and it seems to be much faster and I find myself more likely to correctly log what I eat. |
