Wow, some of you guys are darn young to have so many aches and pains, I hate to hear that. Beyond a few small stiff spots and a bit of old arthur in my hands I feel pretty solid. I broke my pinky finger over the winter and that still aches at times, lol. I do have degenerative disc disease, but thats nothing more than old age, I just got it early in life, mid forties.
Hope you all check out well and get rid of those old pains quickly, this is your time in life to enjoy a strong healthy body. |
tendinitis in my right wrist due to extensive yard work...
i'm sure golfing and typing all day doesn't help http://www.discussworldissues.com/fo...s/banghead.gif and league starts tonight! dammit! |
I've been feeling a bit of a pull on the right lat muscle. I don't think it's affecting the swing but it sure ain't helping!

Bad knees, bad back, bad shoulder, bad elbow, I'm a mess. But I still play golf and softball every week! http://www.thehackersparadise.com/fo...es/biggrin.png Can't bring myself to go to the Doc, I know I need a couple of surgeries and just don't want to go under the knife until I have to.

I have a feeling you are going to DOMINATE the champion scramble! |
I've got a bit of tendonitis in my left elbow from overworking it at the gym about 6 months ago. I took 2 months off from the gym and pretty much did nothing, and I'd say its back to 95% these days but every now and again it will feel a little tender when I pick heavy stuff up. Strangely enough even when it feels it's worst swinging a golf club seems to help it feel better.
