anyone have any good stories lately?? I really haven't had much time to get out on the course lately, and of course this weekend I have guards. I'm going to try and get out next week, I have to get as much in before August 10th as possible.
I had a 10 on a whole yesterday. I can't remember the last time I had over an 8 on a hole.

Weak popped up drive. 200 yards left to the hole.

Hit it 200, but 25 yards left. Bunker in between me and the hole, short green, water after that.

Try to get cute with a sand wedge (thick lie), hit it into the sand. Hit in into the lip of the bunker have to take a drop in the bunker. Hit the next shot into the water. Hit onto green and two putt.

A ten.

It's not a good story, but a story nonetheless.

Yeah, the beach ain't no thing for me. Since I've been home, I've been hot off the tee, on firre on the green, and downright horrible from 100-200 yards out. Go figure.
Approach for dough.

I took my girlfriend and her friend mini-golfing a few weeks ago. We laughed, we cried. It was, overall, a good time.

How about that chick, anyway? She could make some serious history today. I'm not sure that I necessarily agree with a woman on the Tour (there's an LPGA for a reason), but it's pretty damn impressive nonetheless.

I have a money tournament next Tuesday. I'm still pretty rusty from being away, so we'll see how it goes. I'm not expecting much.
She's pretty incredible. 15 ?? Damn.

I would think you'd have the sand traps mastered. Good luck.

My short game sucks as bad as it ever has, even worse than when I first started playing. I'm putting from 10 feet off the green just because of the fear. I shot 80 last weekend which is a helluva score with this problem.
Not bad for an old man. 6 holes is a long way to walk.

I love golf in July. Love, love, love it.

I remember the dark, cold days of January very well and all the fixes I was planning to make to my swing in the summer.

Well the summer is here, but the fixes aren't...least not yet.
I love golf in January and February.

Somewhere.
