That's some crazy stuff. I beat a guy out of $300 once because he didn't know when to stop pressing. I thought that was high stakes.

(I let him off for $50 and drinks for the rest of the day.)

I don't worry about the stakes my group plays for. The winner always ends up paying for the drinks. Anything left goes in the golf bag kitty for the next round.
