Seen a lot of folks are using TMEX as a handicap reference. I've done some searching but can't find info on it. Good possibility I'm either blind or dense but can someone explain or point me in the right direction?

It's just a forum joke. One of the mods (Yoccos) is also called TMex.

Definitely not an official handicapping system.

TMex is forum member Yoccos' nickname. I believe his handicap system came about around the first Morgan Cup or before that. I'm pretty sure it isn't legal to use in USGA sanctioned tournaments if that's what you were wondering.
