Thoughts please Gentlemen & Women.

I'm new(ish) to golf and currently have 2 drivers. Yonex .... stiff shaft 2011 10.5 degree driver with a closed face, and taylor made burner 2007, stiff shaft 9.5 degree. At present i use the Yonex and believe i'm getting quite good at controlling it. However......i have noticed that when i really go for it (not necessarily with a bad swing), my miss is a major straight hook (historically my miss is a slice.), i believe this to be because of the closed face, and i'm worried that if i continue to use the Yonex i'll just get very good at hitting straight with a bad swing?! Obviously the taylor made is still a GI driver but the face to me looks more neutral and would require a better swing and impact position for the same results. head to head the burner goes further, has a lower ball flight (obviously), and i havent hooked with it, however my slice does creep back for the very limited times i have used it.
My prediciment is do i leave the yonex even though it has provided me with literally the most amount of confidence ive ever had off the tee, and then move to the burner which all things working well,is the better driver for me. or do i stick with the Yonex knowing that even though its going straight it's only becuase it's masking my swing flaws.
