My irons are 1/4 inch short and my lie angles are standard but they're perfect for me

I've never been fitted before. For any club. I wonder if my scores would improve if I did get fitted.

Only thing I buy "off the rack" is wedges. The rest I get fit for.

I didn't for my first two sets of clubs and was always left wondering if there was more out there. Finally was fitted for clubs this past spring, and it has made all the difference in the world. I am a huge supporter of getting clubs fitted.

I was fitted for my irons and hybrids at GG and it is amazing. I've been playing for decades and this was my first fitting (last year). You will never regret it. Now I need to do a driver fitting and will probably go to Golftec.

I'd like to know where everyone gets fitted? Ive had my clubs extended and re gripped but never had anything else checked out. Where do you guys like to go?
I go to my local GolfUSA. The owner and manager there know wtf they're doing. Both are good golfers, both know equipment, and they rely on the vector.

Great info thanks guys. I've always wanted a proper fitting I just live in a small town and would have to travel at least an hour to find a place. I did find a golftec somewhat close so I'll check it out. Generally speaking what do you guys expect to pay for a decent fitting?

$100 at Callaway Performance Center at Edwin Watts. (Driver, woods, hybrids, irons and putter) I didn't do wedges because I had already gotten them.

I was fit for my entire set. I even have custom grinds on my wedges and clubs bent to cover distance gaps. I was fit at a true temper performance center.
