Practice more.
Not swinging a club is never the way to get out of a slump/improve on your struggles. Maybe taking a week off if you're playing like dirt and playing daily, but for your situation, you need to hit the range and practice putting/chipping to keep your touch. Just chipping/putting alone will help you to keep your feel which will help in your entire game tee to green. |

Im hitting a slump a week of a tournment do you guys have any suggestions on how to get out of this slump. Just been hitting bad shots struggling with the driver, lost my touch with chipping. I play 2 times a week a practice 3 days a week. Help! Practicing over and over when it's all fallen apart is terrible for your confidence. Just take a short amount of time off. |

The only way I have ever been able to stay in any kind of golf shape when I can't get out very often is to have a net at home to hit real balls into. It only takes about 10 or 15 minutes to maintain the feel you need but you have to do it every day. Your short game might slip some without more play time and putting touch is also hard to keep but at least you won't have to worry too much about hitting full shots.
