Default Tiger, Phil, and Bubba paired up for US Open
I just saw that the USGA has put those guys in the same group for the first two days of the US Open. At the opposite end of the draw will be McIlroy, Westwood, and Westwood in the same group. Those are some seriously interesting pairings. Won't be seeing much of any of the other golfers the first two days.

The Phil, Bubba, Tiger group will be fun to watch on DirecTv.

Westwood's playing with Westwood?!? Awesome! Lol.

I can't wait for the Tigger, Phil, Bubba group. That's going to be awesome. Lots of coverage.

not sure I like it to be honest. It was cool the at TP when they did 1,2,3 together and so on. Will be interesting though.

now what I DO like is that their tee time on Friday is 4:49. Which means prime time golf with Tiger, Phil, and Bubba.

Yeah, that's it. Pair the three guys that are having the biggest problems with crowd noise, together, in the first round of a major! LOL. Anyways, I like it, but I am with others, I liked 1, 2 and 3 and Torrey in 2008. Tiger, Phil and Scottie.

I bet over the first two rounds that over 125 phones get taken from people following Bubba, Tiger, and Lefty. Great grouping for tv.

The groups directly ahead of them and behind them will suffer the most as people will be moving big time just before and after they play a hole to jockey into position.

Sounds like a prime set up for a Tiger choke if you ask me.

FIFY. Dude is to much of a headcase, the phones and movement of the crowd will drive him nuts.

I like the prime time golf!
I like it better when their pairings materialize over the weekends rather than forcing them together for 2 rounds. Either way I'll be glued to the set like everyone else.

Two lefties in the same group, are they crazy!?!?!? Everything will be backward...the world might implode.

Looks like they are trying to consolidate the crowds. This is going to be nice for everyone else, a nice leisurely round with no spectators

I want a repeat of Torrey in 2008 in the first 2 rounds: Tiger goes to the top of the leaderboard, Phil flouders around, and Bubba is reduced to a mere spectator (was Adam Scott in 2008).
