Believe so! Went to the one here in San Antonio last year, and most of the caddies were driving carts with the bags strapped to the back. Rule still says players have to walk.

The players don't have to walk on the Senior Tour. (Champions Tour). Unless things have changed. I believe they have to walk in majors, but that's all.

Well its not an advantage to the players. Wonder if it speeds up play?

You are correct smalls, they can take the cart if they want to.

I just read that rule only came into play in 2006 (Wikipedia). But I thought it was always that way.

I had wondered about this before, but never took the time to look it up. Interesting to know the actual ruling on it.

Are the Caddies on this this tour allowed to use carts? I was watching today tournament and it seemed as if they were. I had never noticed this before.
