I am curious about what is your natural dominate hand (what hand do you write with)? On this site there seems to be plenty of left handed players who will probably tell me they are right handed.
Hogan and Immelman: left handed that golf right. Phil and Weir are the opposite. I am willing to bet "TC" is signs his autograph right handed. |

I'm left handed in everything but golf...writing, eating, shooting, etc are all left handed. My first set of golf clubs was a hand me down right handed set so I learned golf right handed from the beginning. I can golf left handed but I lose a lot of distance, though I have thought about trying to putt left handed when things aren't going well on the greens.

I do everything left handed except play golf. This is due to finding an old set of right handed clubs in my mates garage when we were much younger and having a whack over the local field. At first, I swung them left handed using the back of the head. It didn't take me long to realise that this idea had certain drawbacks LOL. I then started to swing right handed but with a left handed grip ie left hand low. As I got into the game this is how I continued to play. The main sources I used to learn to sing a club, were articles in Golf Monthly, and Faldo's book, The Faldo Formula which I totally dissected. I kept reading that at address, my right shoulder should be lower than my left. It was then I realised I would have to learn to play again from scratch with a correct right handed grip.
I often wondered whether I would have been a better golfer if I had used my natural side (I'm currently off 12). Then I learnt a couple of years back that Mickelson is actually right handed, then about a week ago, I learned the greatest ball striker of them all, Hogan, was actually a lefty. |

I write with my right hand, but I am extremely ambidextrous. Golf right handed. I shoot a basketball left handed, shoot pool left handed. I can throw a pretty mean slow pitch softball left handed as well. I would still say my right hand is dominant, but after just a touch of practice I am able to pick most things up left handed fairly easily.

I write with my left hand but do everything else right handed. My wife is the exact opposite. In high school when we had to write something on the chalk board I could stand there and write half with my left hand and then switch hands to finish the other half. |

I am right handed in everything I do except golf. Don't know why but if it involves swinging I do it left handed. |
