I've done similar, except I scribbled it down into my yardage book. Can't put it on the clubhead, I'd be the laughing stock.
![]() In the end, the best one for me is to focus on a single point. We're talking specific, like a thin branch on a tree, or the left edge of the tee box on the next hole, a bunch of leaves that have a different color or whatever. That's the line I want it in and then I just look at it and forget everything around it. Works remarkably well and can be a good "game saver" when you feel like you're lacking control off the tee or when you need to focus when the pressure is on. Nicky Price had a similar thing with holing putts, he'd focus on a single grain in the back of the hole. |
