Boy do I have a lot of pain in my left shoulder, sleeping was a nightmare. I'm fairly certain it is a rotator injury or strain. I am hoping that it is a result of overdoing it at the range Thursday. If the pain does not let up I am going in next week.
Anyone care to share you experience with the process? How long before you where back on the course? Maybe I'll finally stop swinging so darn hard. |

I had similar pain and it ended up being bursitis. It was awful, I couldn't sleep, do my job , or anything where I had to move my right arm for the most part. Finally went in and a cortisone shot later have been pain free for 2+ years.
Do you have trouble lifting your arm higher than level with your shoulder? |

Fortunately I did not hear or feel a pop, BTDT with knee and Achilles. Yes there is pain and weakness lifting above shoulder height. It is feeling better today so I am hoping I just over did it and need to go a little easier in my old age. I am going to work on a flatter swing and maybe go in for a lesson.
Sucks getting old, thanks for the input  |
