Default John Daly 115 lbs. Lighter wants Bio-pic of Life
John Daly has plans for new book, film - ESPN

I like how he sees Kevin James playing the role of himself. I personally root for the guy every chance I get. Hope he really has things turned around this time! He has an interesting take on the Tiger thing too at the end. He knows better than to bite the hand that feeds you.

He has always been the self destructive underdog... who doesn't cheer for the underdog???

But I think he needs to bring back the mullet!

Being an Arkansas native, I find his antics an embarrassment. He typifies the worst kind of redneck. I know he is supposed to be charitable to a fault, friendly and helpful to friends and strangers alike, but he's still a redneck.

He reminds me of the guy CNN always get to stand in front of the smashed trailer after the tornado wearing a pair of overalls, no shirt, and a "Red Man" cap and tell the world the he and "Esther" heard it and it sounded just like a freight train. I think they keep that guy on staff and fly him from his NY home to the disaster just so they can get his mug on camera. And everyone thinks this guy is typical of southerners.

Clinton set the bar on that one.

Sorry, couldn't help myself.

I like Daly a lot. I'm a fan of his on facebook and I'm pretty sure it's actually him that writes the stuff that gets posted on there. He's a really nice, down to earth guy. He's made mistakes in the past and then some, but I will always be a fan of his, if only for the way he treats his fans and the way he plays the game we all love. Grip it and rip it. Gotta love it. I wish him the best with his book/film.
