Default Ever play golf
with back spasms?

Got the first one putting the bag on the cart.

Actually played fairly well because i couldn't swing too hard.

But the back would spasm every time I putted.

Made it through 13 holes and called it quits.

I don't have a lot of back problems but every now and then this happens on the course. Oddly enough most of the time on a golf trip. I did some stretches and took a bunch of Advil (or whatever it was) and like you I actually ended up playing better for some unknown reason.

One of the reasons I find putting greens to be a chore is that, like you, the act of stooping over at length bothers my back.

Not spasms but sore and locked up. Swinging a golf club actually helps my back. Left the course Saturday and my back tightened up as I was walking from the bar to my truck. Couldn't hardly get out of bed Sunday morning. Went ahead and played, and played about as well as I have in a few months.

Back quit hurting. Then when I got home it tightened up again and is still sore.
