Was that Golf Channel Academy and Golf Channel Academy Live?
I liked THOSE shows. Peter Kessler hosted the live show until TGC screwed him over. I liked the shows best when Dean Reinmuth was on it. Had a bunch of shows on VHS with Reinmuth but must have taped over or got rid of them. I was looking for them to put on DVD. I wish they would suck it up and bring Kessler back. |

I wasn't sure, I was thinking there was a show that had Swing something in it but couldn't remember!
I'll watch all of the videos on this page from time to time, over and over again: http://www.thegolfchannel.com/core.aspx?page=32001&select=&select4=&select3=6&se arch=&x=23&y=12. The LIVE ones aren't with Kessler, but the instruction is good. I also read his book every year too. |

I miss Peter Kessler. I am quite intrigued with the various histories of golf, and I thought he was great historian of the game.
I also miss those two shows. The guy that is now doing the "Golf Fix" is way too hyper for me. He talks way too fast, and is tough to understand. I tried to watch him with closed captions, and even the captions could not keep up. Perhaps he has a lot to fit in between commercials. ![]() |

That guy is a maniac. His instruction would be good if the delivery were not so frenetic. I feel like he spends the entire time shouting at me. I always want to say "turn the volume down and slow down". If I feel that way, I figure a lot of other people do too. |

you're not the only one who feels this way.He needs to lay off the caffeine a few weeks ago, he opened the show laid back but in mid-sentence he broke out of it and went back to his shouting and said something like 'I CAN'T DO IT LIKE THAT!!!!' (being laid back).... |
