BigLeftyinAz's Personal Putting Green

Wife had big plans for renovating the back yard and I pleaded for a putting green.

After 5 different designs we finally agreed on one.

Very cool, I've been contemplating doing something similar in my backyard.

Where's the tractors and dump trucks?

Real or artificial turf?

Nice touch on the pygmy plants, they're always a big hit with the kids (everybody likes to feel tall)

Got a bigger picture?

Grading plan?

Landscape lighting?

You have me drooling Lefty, I cant talk the lady into doing this.

Grading was done by landscape company along with the lights.

Did they use sand or pea gravel for the base and how did they attach the artificial turf to the base?

Crushed Granite.Turf is nailed to base

Sand can shift too much according to them.

Thanks, that was one of the issues I've been working through. That putting green looks incredible.
