6 to 9 clean white Titleists.

Less than that doesn't allow for mistakes and more than that means my confidence is lacking.

I normally stock up on golfballs during the winter months when the stores have them on sale, so I just buy 5 or 6 dozen and fill up one of the pockets of my golf bag.
I could easily get by playing a round with 3 balls though. It depends how my ballstriking is on that day though. Some days I could play the entire round with the same ball and other days I easily lose a dozen balls.

I have at least a dozen in there. I always say when I start a round that I'm done when I run out of golf balls. I haven't had to quit yet.

I almost always walk and carry, but I don't mind carrying extra balls. It's usually one sleeve of new balls and probably a hald dozen old balls. I could get away with less as I typically don't lose more than 1 per round. If I lose my original ball during the round, I'll usually finish out with an old ball.
