Default What's the judgment?
We were in an event the other day me and my pal in exactly the same team. He hit his tee shot left in to some woods, he was enjoying a Titleist Pro V1 number 2. He struck his provisional onto the fairway and then visited search for his ball in the woods. He found his ball in the woods and hit out. Another ball is seen by him just past them as he was walking from the trees. It had been another Titleist Pro V1 #2. the balls were similar. He didn't mark his ball and had no idea how to proceed when he had no idea which ball was really his. He played the very first one and we were attempting to place his strike out but it was lost by us, to ensure that ball was lost, and played the 2nd one out and ultimately he went. We documented both ratings but weren't certain which stands, or if there clearly was a fee or not. Is this a stroke, 2 stroke? Or perhaps a disqualification? What's the judgment? Because he played the first ball which was the one he announced his and must have played it out the rest of the way in which I suppose?
