Makkah, Madinah, Jerusalem Imams are Sunni not non-Sunni!

In Makkah, Madinah and al-Quds some non-Sunni Muslims will not pray in congregation because the Imam is Sunni and so pray separately afterwards in a group. Now, if their 'aqeeda is the true one why has Allah (SWT) let the Imams of these mosques be Sunnis and lead the prayers for over 1400 years?

Unfortunately, some sunni muslims affiliated to one of the sects too does that... reason:wahhabis leading the salah.

Lolz.. sister do not go there... This is not a correct argument... The history is pretty deep...

Allah Ta'ala has made both, the best of people and the worst of people to lead the prayer in Masjid Al haram.

I believe Hajjaj bin yusuf has led the prayers in Makkah. He was one of the worst tyrants, he has killed many Sahaba and Tabieen.

he was evil but he still had the correct aqeedah & its possible that Allah could grant him jannah because his efforts in deen still benifit us today. & he had hope in the mercy on Allah. however when your aqeedah is incorrect then regardless of what you do or how much you do it, all bidah is in hell fire.

Would 'salafis' be categorized as ahlul bida'?

there methods are new, only about 100 years old but we dont call them ahlul bida' in a hurry the way they do. to call a group ahlul bida' is to condemn a group to hell. unless they clearly go against the shariah & change the aqeedah & swear by it then scholars will say that they ahlul bidah. & Allah will get rid of them the way he did all the other ahlul bida' of the past

I can't believe we are talking about this.

So what do you mean by non-Sunni? Please clarify.
