I don't actually know much about him or his institute but I remember being warned by 'ulama to avoid him.

According to Mufti Abdul Khaliq also part of the institute the founder of the institute is a Khalifa of Molana Shah Abdul Qadir Raipuri (ra) and the founders father is Molana Abdul Aziz Raipuri

I have met him,I found him to be a loving and kind person.
But I like to follow what Uluma says.
So I kept my distance !

Shah Saeed Ahmed Raipuri is the follower of Imam Shah Wali-u-Allah school of thoughts, he is a revolutionary leader, and he want to present Islam as solution of every human problem to the world. His institute is purely research organization in the various fields of Islam.

In our society the status of Ulema is degraded to being a MULLA. Any person without the prophet of Allah is not the master of some one faith. I must not stay far from some one just by abiding of a mulla . This is not the characteristics of a Muslim.
