The bayan by Maulana Salman is an advice for every Muslim in this world to rise above our differences and work for unity, do khidmat of the ummah, including the non-Muslims.

There is nothing in there about Deobandi, Barelwi or Ghayr Muqallidinism, if you identify yourseld with the kalimah, listen to the bayn.

The prefatory Arabic words.

Respected elders and brothers in deen thanks are due to Allah(SWT) that he gave us the blessing of Islam, it is his Mercy that He gave us birth in a Muslim family. Blessings of Allah Most High are boundless and uncountable beyond listing, every breath is His blessing, every drop of water is His blessing, every food grain is His blessing, peace and tranquility of each of our moment is His blessing and upon our rendering thanks He provides more. He catches only when there is thanklessness. "If you'll be thankful then We, for sure, will increase (your provisions)." "And if you'll be thankless then My punishment will be severe." A blessing that goes in-thanked will be slowly taken away. If food is not thanked for then it will be taken away, if water is not thanked for then water will be taken away, if clothes are not thanked for then clothes then clothes will be taken away, if house is not thanked for then the house will be snatched away, if shop, workshop and livelihood is not thanked for then livelihood will become dull and business will collapse. The blessing that is not valued that blessing will be snatched away and there shall be a severe punishment. Islam is the biggest blessing. Islam is such a blessing on whose basis food is tasty, water satiating, garments pleasant, house comfortable, walking smooth, talking sweet - goodness of everything is associated with Islam. If Islam is not there, faith is not there then biggest of the actions are thrown back on your face - it is not acceptable. After telling about the Prophet(AS) Allah(SWT) has said that even if Prophets (AS) indulge in polytheism, an impossibility, then all of their good deeds will be wasted. Together with iman good deeds are acceptable, actions are acceptable only when combined with Islam. The present situation is that Muslims are known as a social group. There are various communities in this country and other nations of the world that are associated by name with Islam. This is a community that is in minority in many places - from the point of view of numbers. And apart from numbers, other wise also they are backward in ever aspect.

Brother Maripat did the first 5 minutes, if others divide the work into 5 minute increments insha'Allah an unofficial English translation can be done in no time and each of you can review the work of the other.

May Allah (SWT) reward you all greatly for sharing your time and knowledge with us. Ameen.

(Once there is an English translation that has been reviewed by others, I would be happy to attempt/work on a Turkish translation with other Turks here insha'Allah).
