Imam Ghazali stated in his ihya under منكرات الضيافة

ومنها اجتماع النساء على السطوح للنظر إلى الرجال مهما كان في الرجال شباب يخاف الفتنة منهم، فكل ذلك محظور منكر يجب تغييره.
