Default How can they still call themselves Sunni?
I've visited a ton of local mosques. After Friday prayers there is no Salat o Salam recited. There is never Milad un Nabi. There are never gatherings held at the mosque in remembrance of Allah / Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him)/ Ahlul Bayt etc. Yet, these people have the nerves to still call themselves Sunni? These people are not Sunni! They do not love the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) when it is obligatory for all Muslims to do so!

Salam 'Aleykum,

I visited tons of threads and they all begin with "al-Salamu 'Aleykum" (Sunnah of nabi SAWS).

Prove ANY of those actions from the sunnah and also prove that there are "never gatherings held at the mosque in remembrance of Allah / Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him)/ Ahlul Bayt etc.".

The way to love Rasoolullah is to follow him in his sunnah. Allah told Rasoolullah to say إن كنتم تحبون الله فاتبعوني يحببكم الله and following is not just hollow declarations of loving Rasoolullah . If a person says he loves Rasoolullah , but listens to music, goes to the club, drinks alcohol, eats haraam food, shaves his beard, dresses like the non-Muslims, etc. BUT he celebrates the mawlid, is he better than a person who strictly adheres to ALL the sunnah of Rasoolullah but doesn't celebrate the mawlid? According to your idiotic logic, the latter loves Rasoolullah more.

Brother you do not know what is in their hearts. May Allah guide me, you, them and us all and protect us from such a thing. May Allah protect us from the shayatin. Ameen.

we also used to do all that and call other people gustakh-e-rasul who did not take part in this but then we were thought durood shareef, the sunnats of the prophet, the character of the prophet, how to call people towards the masjid daily. soon we started keeping beards, wearing sunnat libas, keeping trousers above the ankle, praying 5 times daily salaat with jamaat, doing dhikr of allah, sending durood to the prophet, learning knowledge from the scholars of the Haq, calling other people towards deen but despite of all this other people started calling us gustakh-e-rasul.

According to your definition - the Sahaba, Tabi'een and indeed the salaf can be said to be not from Ahlus Sunnah (We seek refuge!!!)

Assalamu alaykum

I've visited a ton of local mosques. So there a ton of local mosques who are on Huqe. Alhamdulillah, Alhamdulillah, Allah-o-akbar.

After Friday prayers there is no Salat o Salam recited. Next time you go to that salaat-o-salaam masjid, watch how many of the salaat o salaam sayers and come and salaat o salaam inside the asr salah (in qaidah). And after asr salah how many of them say "Allahumm salli ala mouhammadin abdika wa rasoolikannabiyeel ummiyyee" for 100 times.

There is never Milad un Nabi If Sahabah would have instructed us we would have done that. Not even Syeduna Abdul Qadir jeelaani RA said that.

There are never gatherings held at the mosque in remembrance of Allah / Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him)/ Ahlul Bayt etc. Yet, these people have the nerves to still call themselves Sunni? Sunnis go to masjid for remeberance of Allah/ prophet SAS.

They do not love the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) when it is obligatory for all Muslims to do so! Do I have to shout full throat that I love Prophet SAS OR I practice sunnah in all walks of life and don't say vocally that I love Prophet SAS.
