any body knows anything about universities offering free education around the world.??

You can try open universities...I have heard that they give free education to some students depending on financial status.

University tuition in Finland is free. In France, it is practically free, too.

is it possible to do masters in other field ex: astronomy/ aeronautics/ say mathematics??

which test would be easier to score TOEFL/ielts??
